The Royal Amulet is a magical, four gem amulet entrusted to the ruler of Kyrandia. It was hidden and could only be re summoned by placing an enchanted silver rose on the silver alter in the woods. Each of the four gems hold a separate ability, however the amulet is dormant when Brandon first obtains it and he has to activate each of the gems' powers separately by triggering some kind of infusion of magic power for each gem. Once working, the gems and their powers are as follows:
Yellow: Healing (self or others)
Purple: Temporarily turns the user into a willo-wisp - can aid in dark places since willo-wisps emit light, and also useful to float over otherwise impassable obstacles such as small chasms
Blue: Undoes minor enchantments/spells
Red: Invisibility
